Overwhelm doesn’t have to come from having too much to do.
For #introverts , it can come from thinking too much.
We can never leave the house and still feel exhausted from “running” all day in our minds.
Especially with the current cultural climate, we have plenty to keep our minds busy for days.
So remember to take care of yourself, now more than ever!
That means using coping skills like journaling, coloring, painting, gardening, knitting, making to-do lists, keeping a routine... And having meaningful conversations with loved ones and friends about fun, engaging and inspiring content.
