Here’s the breakdown...
* Joint stack shoulder over elbow
* Hips in neutral
* Make a straight line from crown of head, through heart, sternum, pelvis, to knees
* Push away from gravity - this will engage your obliques and serratus
* Slightly protract in shoulders to activate shoulder stabilization
* Hips in neutral might feel stretchy in your hip flexors and Rec Fem (quads), which is normal!
* Hang out on your joints! Get curious about your body lines, and see where you can engage and lengthen in your body!
