7 Tage voller Dankbarkeit. Wieder eine tolle Challange. Danken @maxplaner und @kristinbuth für die tolle challange. Bin schon gespannt was als nächstes kommt. 
Jetzt möchte ich euch da draußen auf diesem Weg bestärken an euch zu glauben, hört auf euer Herz und folgt eurem Gefühl.  Heute vor genau einem Monat habe ich genau das getan und gerade um die Zeit habe ich gerade mein Herzensprojekt 2020 gestartet und war bei meinem ersten MegaMarsch in Dresden unterwegs. 50 km in 12 std und ich hab s geschafft. Weil ich an mich geglaubt habe und über mich hinaus gewachsen bin. Ihr packt das auch.

QUESTION & ANSWER TIME!

Following up on the theme of carbs.. Q: Do I have to eat carbs at a certain time of the day eg. Between 12-3 pm?? A: NO  Myself, along with my clients eat a form of carb with every meal.
As long as you consume the correct amount of calories and macros (protein/carbs & fats) each day, you can eat  carbs whenever you choose.

When I hear people say you can’t eat carbs after 3pm, it will make you fat . All I can say to that is what a load of nonsense 
Remember, it's how much you eat, not what you eat!

Suggestions appreciated!!😉 .....Planning on participating in Spartan race this October, in Germany. 😱 IF rules are relaxed again by then, and bigger events like that are allowed again, that is.. Nevertheless,  I will start to train for it. 👀 Today I practiced all the recommended workouts that I came across when researching the matter. Yes, I said researching. I have literally come of the couch from being a couch potato a little over two weeks ago, to start to work out again, to become fir again. And now here I am planning on a dargon Spartan race that soon, and I have no idea what I am doing, lol.🤷🏼‍♀️🤪 From what I gather, much of it is upper strength, hills, and endurance. Good thing this base and village where I live has PLENTY of hills. 👀...oh, and Burpees, Burpees, and Burpees again. These women are dutifully eating salads, working out multiple times a week and saying no to desserts & indulgences. They are eating 1200 calories (or less a day) and feeling frustrated and hangry.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⁣⁠Successful in every area of their life and can’t figure out why their body won’t cooperate. They have been told for years if they just move a little more and stop eating so much than poof the weight will disappear⁣⁠. Am I right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⁣⁠.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s the secret though - if your hormones and metabolism aren’t working properly - your body won’t respond the way we’d like to eating clean and exercise. Hormones and metabolism dictate how well your body responds. ⁣⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And for most women, they have been sold the idea that they need to play the limbo with their calories ... until there isn't any lower they can go ... and they still haven't lost their weight, restrictive dieting isn't the answer.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The problem is, when we follow 'diet rules', get overly restrictive with our calories and play fast and loose with our nutrition .. our hormones go nuts and our metabolism slows. It's only when women increase their calories, get the right balance of foods and start doing the right workouts that the weight game changes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

#unpopularopinion : depression/anxiety is just as much of a killer as #covi̇d19

This is just #myopinion and I don't need any #nastycomments
This is a #judgment FREE zone
So if you have something horrible to say keep scrolling because I'll block you in a heartbeat 
FOR ME it's sometimes #essential to leave my house because my #mentalhealth is #1
I have 5 babies to raise... I've been in the position where I haven't left my house in months
It takes a toll on your mental state. 
As hard as it is, I like being around people who lift me up... Not saying I'm going towards the middle of everybody and not saying I can... But keep in mind that not alot of people are used to being an #introvert

With that said...stop passing judgement on people who do leave their homes... "essential" has a different meaning to everyone.

Practice good hygiene... Wash your hands... Try to cough away from people...stay away from people who have low immune systems... Stay away from babies and elderly!  Blah blah blah 
Again... This is just MY opinion and I don't judge a single person for what they do. YOU DO YOU AND BE SAFE DOING IT! 
It takes alot for me to post this because I'm not one to start drama by any means... I'm a conflict free person! Anyone who knows me personally knows this about me! 
I'm just bored... Been stuck in my house for weeks... Can we just make good conversation? 😂

How are you all hanging in there? ⁠
I feel a bit like I am strapped down in a crazy roller coaster over here... high, low, happy, scared, fast, slow, stay, go... pretty much all the feelings all the time!⁠

In the grand scheme of this pandemic, my job is painfully simple... stay home!  I so wish there was more that I could contribute, but... I will certainly do my best not to screw up the one job  I can do!⁠
